What you'll do
- Answer and route incoming calls to the right department or person
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
- Greet callers and visitors professionally, in person or by phone
- Manage the reception area, keep it clean and welcoming
- Handle basic administrative tasks like filing, copying, and data entry
- Take messages and ensure timely follow-up
- Process mail and package deliveries
- Support the team with general office tasks as needed
What you need
- Professional phone manner and customer service experience
- Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy periods
- Fluent English (C1 level or higher)
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for calls
- Comfortable using phone systems, email, and basic office software
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
Nice to have
- Experience with scheduling software or calendar management tools
- Bilingual abilities
- Previous reception or administrative support experience
- Familiarity with CRM or business management systems
