Marketing & Social Media Specialist, Remote (US businesses)

What you'll do

• Create and schedule content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Write copy for posts, ads, email campaigns, and marketing materials
• Manage social media accounts, respond to comments, and build community engagement
• Track metrics and create reports on campaign performance and audience growth
• Collaborate with the US team on marketing strategy and brand messaging
• Design graphics and visual content using design tools or templates
• Research competitors and social media trends to inform strategy
• Run paid social media campaigns and optimize ads for better results

What you need

• B2+ English level (fluent written and spoken communication)
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media management, or related role
• Strong writing skills and ability to adapt tone for different platforms and audiences
• Experience managing social media accounts and creating content calendars
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work full-time US business hours

Nice to have

• Experience with social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later)
• Basic graphic design skills or familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of email marketing platforms
• Experience running paid social media campaigns
• Familiarity with SEO or content marketing
