What you'll do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat within service level targets
- Troubleshoot customer problems and provide solutions or escalate to appropriate teams
- Document interactions and customer information in support systems accurately
- Process orders, returns, refunds, and account updates
- Answer questions about products or services and explain features and benefits
- Handle customer complaints professionally and work toward resolution
- Maintain a friendly, patient tone even during difficult conversations
- Follow company policies and procedures while adapting to each client's specific processes
What you need
- Fluent English (C1 level) with clear communication skills
- Experience in customer service or a similar customer-facing role
- Ability to multitask and work calmly under pressure
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for calls
- Availability for full-time work during US business hours, Monday to Friday
- Patience and empathy when working with customers
Nice to have
- Experience with customer service software or CRM systems like Zendesk or Freshdesk
- Bilingual abilities (Spanish and English)
- Previous experience in a specific industry like e-commerce, SaaS, or hospitality
- Typing speed of 50+ words per minute
- Experience handling technical support or complex customer issues
