You'll prepare patients for video visits, manage scheduling, troubleshoot technology issues, and provide pre- and post-visit support. This role is ideal if you're organized, patient-focused, and comfortable helping people navigate digital health tools.

What you'll do
- Schedule and confirm telehealth appointments for patients across multiple time zones
- Send appointment reminders and login instructions via email or SMS
- Test patient technology before visits and provide step-by-step guidance to join calls
- Answer patient questions about virtual visit procedures and insurance coverage
- Document visit details and patient information in the electronic health record system
- Follow up with patients after appointments regarding prescriptions or next steps
- Troubleshoot common video conferencing and audio issues
- Handle patient inquiries about billing, copays, and insurance questions
What you need
- B2+ English proficiency (strong written and verbal communication)
- 1+ years of experience in healthcare administration, customer support, or patient-facing roles
- Proficiency with email, calendar management, and video conferencing software (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar)
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Nice to have
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Familiarity with healthcare scheduling platforms
- Experience supporting telehealth or virtual care services
- Medical billing or insurance knowledge
- Bilingual capability (English and Spanish)
