You'll manage property listings across MLS platforms, coordinate photography and virtual tours, prepare marketing materials, and keep listing details accurate and up to date. This is detail-focused work where you're the backbone of how properties reach buyers and keep agents moving forward.

What you'll do
- Upload and maintain property listings on MLS platforms (Multiple Listing Services) with accurate details, photos, and descriptions
- Coordinate professional photography and virtual tour scheduling with photographers and vendors
- Prepare and format marketing materials including listing descriptions, flyers, and digital content
- Update and manage listing information across multiple platforms when changes occur
- Communicate with real estate agents to gather property details, updates, and client requirements
- Organize and store digital assets such as photos, videos, and floor plans
- Monitor listing performance and alert agents to expired or inactive listings that need attention
- Process documents related to listings and maintain organized records for compliance
What you need
- Proficiency with MLS platforms and real estate listing software
- Strong English communication skills (C1 level); you'll write descriptions and liaise with US teams
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with multiple listings at once
- Ability to work full-time during US business hours (Monday to Friday)
- Experience managing property information or working in a real estate support role
Nice to have
- Familiarity with real estate photography or virtual tour platforms like Zillow or Redfin
- Experience with real estate CRM software
- Knowledge of real estate marketing best practices
- Comfort learning new software tools quickly
