US online stores are hiring a Product Listing Specialist through RemoteVetted. You'll create and manage product listings across online stores, writing descriptions, organizing images, and ensuring product information is accurate and appealing. This role is essential to how customers discover and buy products. It's a great fit if you're detail-oriented, have a good eye for presentation, and want to help drive sales through polished listings.

What you'll do
- Write clear, compelling product descriptions that highlight features and benefits
- Upload and organize product images, ensuring they meet platform standards
- Research and input product information like specifications, SKUs, and pricing
- Optimize listings for searchability using relevant keywords and categories
- Review listings for accuracy, consistency, and quality across all platforms
- Update product details when information changes or new items are added
- Manage product data in spreadsheets or inventory systems
- Coordinate with suppliers or internal teams to get missing product information
What you need
- B2 English level (fluent reading and writing)
- Experience creating or managing e-commerce product listings
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work full-time during US business hours (Monday–Friday)
- Comfortable learning and using e-commerce platforms and basic software tools
Nice to have
- Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for product visibility
- Familiarity with image editing or product photography
- Experience with Google Sheets or Excel data management
- Background in e-commerce, retail, or related fields
