US insurance agencies are hiring policy administrators through RemoteVetted. You'll manage policy endorsements, prepare and organize documents, and enter accurate data into insurance systems. What you'll do
- Process policy endorsements and amendments with accuracy and speed
- Prepare and organize policy documents for customers and internal teams
- Enter policy data into insurance management systems and databases
- Review documents for completeness and correctness before filing
- Respond to customer inquiries about policy status and documents
- Maintain organized records and files, both digital and physical
- Follow company procedures and insurance compliance requirements
What you need
- 2+ years of experience in policy administration or insurance back-office work
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
- Ability to work independently during US business hours
- Proficiency with insurance or document management software
- B2+ English level (fluent in written and spoken communication)
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
Nice to have
- Experience with endorsement processing or policy renewals
- Familiarity with insurance terminology and policy types
- Knowledge of insurance compliance and regulatory requirements
- Experience with CRM or database systems
