US online stores are hiring for order and returns support through RemoteVetted. You'll track shipments, process returns and exchanges, resolve shipping issues, and manage customer emails. This role keeps operations running smoothly so business owners can focus on growth.

What you'll do
- Track orders from placement through delivery and respond to customer inquiries about status
- Process returns and exchanges, including refunds and replacements
- Investigate and resolve shipping issues, delays, and carrier problems
- Follow up with suppliers on inventory and fulfillment concerns
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback across platforms
What you need
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce order management, customer service, or returns processing
- Strong English communication skills (C1 level) for clear customer and team interactions
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or Amazon Seller Central
- Organized approach to tracking multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and solve problems without constant supervision
Nice to have
- Experience with ShipStation or similar shipping management software
- Familiarity with Gorgias or Zendesk customer support tools
- Background in logistics or supply chain coordination
- Experience with inventory management systems
