US online stores are hiring a marketplace assistant through RemoteVetted. You'll manage product listings on platforms like Amazon, respond to customer questions, track inventory and orders, and handle day-to-day account tasks. This role is ideal if you're organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy keeping operations running smoothly for growing e-commerce businesses.

What you'll do
- Monitor and update product listings on Amazon and other marketplace platforms for accuracy and compliance
- Respond to customer inquiries and messages promptly, resolving issues or escalating when needed
- Track inventory levels and alert management to stock changes or discrepancies
- Process orders, shipments, and returns according to marketplace policies
- Manage pricing and promotional campaigns across assigned accounts
- Track marketplace metrics and performance, identifying trends or problems
- Handle account administration tasks including policy updates and document uploads
- Assist with new product launches and catalog organization
What you need
- B2+ English proficiency (written and verbal communication is essential)
- 2+ years of experience with Amazon or other e-commerce marketplaces
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
- Comfortable learning marketplace tools and dashboards
- Available for full-time, 40-hour weeks during US business hours
Nice to have
- Experience with Seller Central or Vendor Central
- Knowledge of FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) processes
- Familiarity with inventory management tools
- Experience with basic spreadsheet work and data entry
- Background in customer service or e-commerce operations
