US law firms are hiring bilingual legal intake specialists through RemoteVetted. You'll answer calls from potential clients, ask questions to understand their situation, check for conflicts of interest, and write up detailed intake notes for attorneys. This role is the first impression clients get—you help them feel heard and set them up for success with the legal team.

What you'll do
- Answer incoming calls from prospective clients and listen carefully to their legal concerns
- Gather detailed information using intake forms and ask clarifying questions to understand their situation
- Check for conflicts of interest against existing clients and case databases
- Document all information accurately in the client management system
- Determine if the firm can help and explain next steps to the caller
- Schedule consultations with attorneys when appropriate
- Maintain confidentiality and follow all firm procedures for handling sensitive information
What you need
- Fluent English at C1 level; you communicate clearly with callers and write detailed intake notes
- Experience with phone intake, client screening, or similar front-office legal work
- Comfortable using legal intake software, CRM systems, and basic computer tools
- Strong attention to detail; you catch conflicts and missing information before passing notes to attorneys
Nice to have
- Experience in a law firm or legal department
- Knowledge of common practice areas like personal injury, family law, or criminal defense
- Familiarity with legal terminology and conflict-checking systems
- Experience handling high call volumes
- Certification or training in legal administration
