US insurance agencies are hiring for Renewals & Claims Support roles through RemoteVetted. You'll review policy renewals, process first notices of loss, organize client files, and answer questions from agents and clients. This is detail-oriented work that keeps claims and renewals running smoothly. You'll be organized, comfortable with insurance processes, and ready to support the team.

What you'll do
- Review and process policy renewals, checking for completeness and accuracy before submission
- Receive and document first notices of loss from clients and agents
- Organize and file claim documents in the appropriate systems
- Respond to routine inquiries from insurance agents and clients about renewal status or claim progress
- Prepare renewal summaries and claims reports for review by senior staff
- Verify client information and coverage details against policy documents
- Follow up on missing documentation or incomplete renewal applications
What you need
- Fluent English at C1 level (advanced); able to communicate clearly with US agents and clients
- Experience with insurance renewals, claims intake, or similar back-office insurance work
- Comfortable with insurance terminology and basic policy concepts
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work full-time during US business hours
- Organized, detail-oriented approach to managing multiple documents and deadlines
Nice to have
- Experience with insurance management systems or policy administration software
- Familiarity with first notice of loss procedures
- Previous customer service or client-facing support experience
- Knowledge of common insurance products (auto, home, general liability)
