You'll handle calls and emails from policyholders asking about coverage, making policy changes, and requesting certificates. You'll explain policies clearly, answer questions, and solve problems quickly. This is a great role if you're patient, detail-oriented, and enjoy helping people.

What you'll do
- Answer customer calls and emails about policy coverage, benefits, and eligibility
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and updates in company systems
- Issue and send insurance certificates of coverage to policyholders and third parties
- Research account history and policy details to resolve customer inquiries
- Explain policy terms, coverage limits, and exclusions in clear, simple language
- Handle billing questions and direct payment-related issues to the appropriate department
- Document all customer interactions and outcomes in the CRM system
What you need
- Fluent English at C1 level (advanced professional)
- 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally in insurance or financial services
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies, coverage types, and certificate processes
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple calls and emails daily
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work
- Excellent listening and communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience with insurance policy management software or CRM systems
- Familiarity with health insurance, auto insurance, or commercial policies
- Previous experience handling high call volumes
- Knowledge of compliance and privacy regulations in insurance
