US real estate teams are hiring inside sales associates through RemoteVetted. You'll follow up with leads, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for agents using phone calls, emails, and CRM tools. This role is ideal if you're organized, persistent, and enjoy building relationships that lead to showings and sales.

What you'll do
- Follow up with real estate leads via phone, email, and text within 24 hours of inquiry
- Qualify prospects to understand their timeline, budget, and property needs
- Schedule property showings and consultations for sales agents
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and update lead status regularly
- Handle common objections and answer basic questions about properties and services
- Manage a pipeline of 200+ leads and track conversion metrics
- Coordinate with agents to confirm appointments and gather feedback on lead quality
What you need
- Fluent English (C1 level) with clear communication over the phone
- 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or lead follow-up experience
- Comfortable making 30–50 phone calls daily and meeting daily targets
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple leads
- High school diploma or equivalent
Nice to have
- Experience in real estate, mortgage, or related sales
- Familiarity with real estate platforms like Zillow or MLS
- Track record of hitting or exceeding appointment-setting targets
- Experience with sales tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs
