You'll oversee product catalogs, inventory levels, and daily store operations to keep everything running smoothly and customers satisfied. What you'll do
- Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory across the online store
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to prevent stockouts or overstock
- Track daily store operations and troubleshoot issues that come up
- Analyze sales data and inventory trends to improve performance
- Organize and train team members on store procedures and best practices
- Handle customer inquiries and escalations to ensure satisfaction
- Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and operational metrics
What you need
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce or retail store management
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems and practices
- Fluent English at B2 level or higher—clear communication with US teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and data
- Comfortable with basic analytics and reporting tools
Nice to have
- Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms
- Knowledge of supply chain or logistics
- Background in customer service or support
- Experience managing remote or distributed teams
