US home service companies are hiring dispatchers through RemoteVetted for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, cleaning, and similar trades. You'll schedule jobs, route crews efficiently, assign technicians to calls, and keep customers updated in real time. You're the central hub that keeps operations running smoothly and customers satisfied.

What you'll do
- Schedule and route jobs for field teams based on location, urgency, and technician skills
- Assign jobs to available technicians and drivers using dispatch software
- Send live updates to customers about arrival times and job status
- Reschedule jobs when needed due to cancellations, delays, or emergencies
- Take job notes, review photos, and ensure all details are captured in the system
- Monitor crew progress throughout the day and adjust assignments as needed
- Prepare or review invoices after jobs are completed
What you need
- B2+ English level (fluent written and spoken)
- 2+ years of experience dispatching or scheduling for field service, trades, or logistics
- Ability to use dispatch software like ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, or similar platforms
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable multitasking with phones, software, and customer communication
Nice to have
- Experience with GPS or routing software
- Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, or other trade operations
- Experience handling customer complaints or difficult situations
- Knowledge of Samsara or vehicle tracking systems
