You'll manage patient follow-ups on recommended treatments, answer patient questions, handle scheduling, and help patients understand their care options. What you'll do
- Follow up with patients who have unscheduled treatment recommendations from their dentist
- Answer patient questions about treatment plans, costs, and dental procedures
- Schedule treatment appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Explain treatment options and help patients understand their dental health needs
- Process insurance information and discuss payment plans with patients
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure treatment continuity
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow-up documentation
- Track and prioritize patients based on urgency of treatment needs
What you need
- Fluent English at C1 level (professional working proficiency)
- Experience in a dental office or similar healthcare administrative role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable learning dental terminology and office software systems
- Ability to communicate clearly with patients and clinical staff
- Reliable internet connection and professional home workspace
Nice to have
- Experience with dental practice management software (such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
- Background in medical or dental billing and insurance
- Experience handling patient follow-ups or sales coordination
- Knowledge of dental procedures and treatment planning
