You'll answer inbound calls, book appointments, follow up with customers, and manage schedules for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and similar trades. What you'll do

  • Answer inbound calls and greet customers professionally
  • Book and schedule appointments for technicians or service visits
  • Follow up with customers about appointments, quotes, or service status
  • Update customer information and job details in scheduling systems
  • Handle basic customer inquiries and direct calls to the right team member
  • Confirm appointments and send reminders via phone, email, or text
  • Manage call overflow and prioritize urgent requests

What you need

  • B2+ English level (strong speaking and listening skills)
  • Experience answering phones or working in customer service
  • Ability to use scheduling software and computer systems
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace at home
  • Professional phone manner and friendly demeanor
  • Availability for full-time hours during US business days

Nice to have

  • Experience in home services, trades, or field service scheduling
  • Familiarity with appointment reminder systems or CRM software
  • Bilingual abilities
